به منظور پردازش صحیح سفارش‌ها و ارسال آن‌ها در کوتاه‌ترین زمان ممکن، درج اطلاعاتی همچون نام و نام خانوادگی، شماره تماس و نشانی دقیق ضروری است. شایان ذکر است که ارائه کد ملی در هیچ‌یک از مراحل خرید الزامی نخواهد بود.

مسئولیت حفظ و نگهداری اطلاعات حساب کاربری از جمله نام کاربری و رمز عبور بر عهده کاربر است. در صورت واگذاری شماره همراه، کاربر موظف است نسبت به به‌روزرسانی اطلاعات حساب خود اقدام نماید تا خللی در روند خرید و ارتباطات ایجاد نگردد.

کاربران این امکان را دارند که اطلاعات گیرنده‌ای غیر از خود را برای ارسال سفارش ثبت کنند. در این صورت، فروشگاه متعهد به رعایت دقیق این مشخصات در فرآیند ارسال خواهد بود.

با توجه به حضور مدل‌های غیر اورجینال در بازار داخلی و به‌منظور حفظ حقوق مشتریان و اطمینان از اصالت کالا، فروشگاه ریبنیران از عودت و تعویض کالا به هر دلیل معذور است. لذا این اطمینان به مشتریان داده می‌شود که تمامی محصولات خریداری شده کاملا  آکبند و دست نخورده می‌باشند.

Due to the presence of non-original models in the domestic market and to ensure customer rights and product authenticity, RaybanIran does not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstance. Customers can rest assured that all items are brand new, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To enhance the user experience, analyze visitor behavior, and provide updates on offers or events, RaybanIran may use the information submitted by users. Communication may occur via email or SMS.

User-generated reviews and comments are subject to moderation. Only content that aligns with site policies will be published. Any comments containing illegal or inappropriate content may lead to legal action, and the relevant information will be shared with the proper authorities.
